 CAC CARD REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP
Membership and facility access is ONLY open to active-duty and retired military, current and retired reservists/National Guard, qualified dependents, and disabled veterans (must possess a Veteran Health Identification (VHIC) that displays “PURPLE HEART,” “Former POW,” OR “Service Connected.”), active and retired Department of Defense Civilians (DoD) personnel and authorized DoD contractors with an active CAC card, qualified dependents, and Gold Star families. Annual ID and insurance checks are required and random ID checks can be conducted.



CURRENT BARN AVAILABILITY:
Active Duty Service Members only. All other categories are full and will be waitlisted. We do not have a timeframe on how long wait list times are for non active duty qualified categories. Priority is for Active Duty.
3 Single horse Barns with runs -
Contact to see if any of the single barns available can accommodate two horses. Each horse is required to have shelter.

FACILITY:
  • English, Western, Jumping, Gymkhana, Trails
  • 18 duplex style barns with large paddocks (2 Stalls per barn)
  • 8 single barns with large paddocks
  • Tack / Feed Rooms in every barn
  • 2 Turnout Pastures
  • Large Outdoor Arena, 300' X 150'
  • Area for Jumping
  • Round Pen
  • Quarantine Pen 
  • Parking for Horse Trailers
  • 24 hour access to stable

HORSE BOARDING / SELF HELP:
  • Complete self-care of horses and property. WSC does not feed, water or care for horses.  Member is 100% responsible.
  • Required monthly work day consist of four hours of facility chores 
  • Required to buy/deliver/store your own hay, grain, shavings, etc., pay your own vet and Ferrier bills, and any other costs associated with owning a horse and being a member of our club. Required to maintain liability insurance of  $50k minimum.
  • Horse Owner must clean stall/paddock at least every 48 hours and are responsible for feeding, and maintaining their own barn/paddock.
  • Members are responsible for the maintenance and financial costs of their barn
  • Refer to our bi-laws for more information which may be augmented anytime, with approval of the WSC Board of Directors 

FEES: 
Monthly membership fees are due each month. Pricing may be augmented anytime with approval of he WSC Board of Directors.  All members are required to pay a $200 annual maintenance fee in addition to their monthly boarding fees. 

    
    
VETERINARY REQUIREMENTS

    Vaccinations required for permanent stabling at WSC are:
        Eastern and Western Encephalomyelitis, Tetanus -Annually (yearly)
        Rhinopneumonitits & Equine Influenza- Semi Annually (every 6mo)
