Our Riding Club is not your typical Boarding Stable. It is a private entity governed by a volunteer Board and is operated within Wheeler Army Airfield. We are a self-help military club and are self-sustaining, not funded through MWR. Unfortunately, we do not offer trailer services.
It's important to note that Wheeler Army Airfield is an active military installation that is not accessible to the public. Access to the facility requires CAC cards.
Wheeler Field, where our club is located, has a rich history. Established in 1922 as an Army airfield, it was the principal Army Air Corps field in Hawaii during the 1920s and early 1930s. Many important flight milestones took place at Wheeler, including Amelia Earhart's 1935 solo flight between Hawaii and California which took off from Wheeler.
