- Our Riding Club is not your typical Boarding Stable. We are a self-help military club governed by a volunteer Board. Our operations are conducted within the confines of Wheeler Army Airfield, where we have the added responsibility of stewarding this Cultural Resource.
- We are not funded by MWR. Instead, we are self-sustaining and rely on our enthusiastic and dedicated members as good stewards of the land. Membership is open to active duty and retired military personnel, active and retired Department of Defense (DOD) personnel, and active and retired reservists.
- WSC CB&L (Constitution, Bylaws, and Standing Rules) are the core of our organization. Our CB&L may be augmented, at any time, with the approval of the (Board of Directors). Our day-to-day operations are governed by our CB&L to best serve our organization, our members, our animals, and the historic facility that we are good stewards of.
If there is a waitlist priority will be given to active duty.

All new applicants- must complete Attachments 1, 2, 3, 4, and submit proof of horse ownership and insurance. Having a horse is a membership requirement. Upon complete application your application will be reviewed and you will be notified if you are placed on the waitlist if NO availability.
